A really friendly neighbor’s dog pinned me to the ground protecting me from JULY 4TH fireworks he thought were a threat. I loved that animal. That golden retriever is like “every f***ing weekend with this guy…” The golden retriever gently taking his feline friend away from the conflict really shows how smart and loving dogs are. The cat also understood what was happening too! In 2014, a 4-year-old boy in California was riding his bike in his own driveway when the next-door-neighbors’ dog, a half-Lab/half-Chow Chow came into the boys’ driveway, bit/grabbed the boy by his leg and started to drag the boy away. The little boy’s cat, Tara, came out of nowhere and jumped on the dog , causing it to let go of the boy and the dog ran back over home. The cat then came back to check on the boy. The boys’ mom ran outside, grabbed the boy & took him inside. The mom said in an interview that because of all the commotion/chaos, she hadn’t even noticed that Tara was there until she looked at the surveillance camera footage and saw that Tara had ran the dog off. The little boy needed 10 stitches in his leg but has recovered. He says Tara is his hero. 💗 Tara was awarded 5 awards for being so brave and on New Year’s Day, in 2018, Tara and her family rode in the Rose Parade on the ‘Lucy Pet Foundation Paws for Life’ float honoring heroic animals. 0:51 and 1:33 c’mon bro let’s go, it’s not worth it 😆
